Our comprehensive program covers all four of the products we install. It follows an 11-step curriculum, culminating in a team member achieving the prestigious status of Master Installer.
The curriculum includes a blend of shop-based (on simulator) and field-based certifications for all four of our products, ultimately leading to the coveted Master Installer designation.

As our seasoned SWIS quarterback, Katie's adept at maintaining focus, ensuring tasks are on track, and making the right moves when the game changes. Beyond the office, she's a nature enthusiast, embracing outdoor pursuits like paddleboarding and ATV rides, all while exploring our breathtaking surroundings. A devoted mother and wife, Katie strikes a remarkable balance, cherishing moments with her loved ones and extended family.
Meet Cam, our production leader. With a versatile role on the SWIS team, he's the expert behind product installations and quality control leadership. Cam, our inaugural Master Installer, thrives on resourcefulness, solving even the toughest challenges. Detail-oriented and proud of his work, he leads by example, boasting skills in leadership and proficiency. A former wildland firefighter and electrician's apprentice, he's a continuous learner with an unwavering passion for helping our clients. When he's not at work, you'll find Cam enjoying time with his little guy, wife, and their two furry companions.
Meet Britton, a driving force among our Advocate Team. Armed with a servant heart and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience, he's a multi-talented asset to our team who enjoys finding the ultimate solution to resolve your water and ice issues. Once hailing from Pagosa Springs and now rooted in Durango for nearly a decade, he's a local at heart. Off the clock, Britton revels in quality family time, the thrill of disc golf, and the tranquility of camping whenever he can steal a moment.
Meet Wes, the friendly face of SWIS. As our dedicated Client Advocate, Wes takes the lead in onsite estimates, guiding customers through our products with expertise and enthusiasm.
Beyond SWIS, Wes is an outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in camping and hunting adventures with his wife and two kids. When he's not outdoors, you might catch him strumming a tune on his guitar or hitting the gym for some powerlifting. With a heart of service, a love for family, and a deep connection to God, Wes brings passion to every aspect of his life!
Our next blessing, Ethan, is a dedicated technician on our SWIS installation crew. His strong work ethic and perseverance make him a standout. Ethan embodies our company values of can do, humility, and continual improvement. Recently achieving the prestigious title of SWIS Certified Master Installer, he's conquered all 11 levels of certification across our products. When he's not making things happen at SWIS, he's busy exploring theology, health and nutrition, and personal finance. Ethan's a local through and through, hailing from the 4 Corners region and happily embracing it as his home sweet home.
Introducing Robert, a skilled craftsman who joined our ranks late last year. With a solid background in construction and related fields, he's seamlessly woven into our team's fabric. Robert's robust work ethic, "can-do" spirit, and go-the-extra-mile attitude truly set him apart. This fall, he's set to become our newest Master Installer, a testament to his dedication. Beyond work, a long time local resident, Robert finds joy in hunting, fishing, and embracing the great outdoors. A husband and recent father, he enjoys pursuing his passion for the great outdoors with his wife and young son.
Meet Daniel, a highly respected member of our production team. Known for his quick learning and major contributions to our install team, he's been making remarkable progress through the certification levels with ease. In no time, he'll be right up there with the best, becoming a valuable resource for SWIS as we tackle water and ice issues.
Daniel's roots are firmly planted in the Bayfield area, and he even had his share of glory on the Wolverines football team in the past. Just like many on our team, he shares a passion for hunting and the great outdoors, whenever we can manage to let him go home.
Allow us to introduce Kurtis, one of the new faces on our installation team. He comes to us from UPS, where he was used to a fast-paced routine that barely allowed a moment to catch his breath. Kurtis is known for his inquisitive nature, always asking insightful questions. He's a perpetual learner, with a fantastic work ethic and a curiosity that serves him well. His dedication to providing for and caring for his family is truly admirable.

Stephen here. With his years of experience in the construction industry, he remains a dedicated learner, continuously acquiring new skills. When he’s not addressing ice and water issues, you find him being a fair-weathered LSU football🙄fan. When not cheering Geaux Tigers!, you'll find Stephen in the great outdoors or enjoying quality time with my wonderful wife and two incredible kids.
Introducing Don, our dedicated shop and fleet manager who's the backbone of SWIS's day-to-day operations. Beyond his pivotal role, he ensures our team's safety is a top priority. With a background in the construction realm, particularly in roofing, Don brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Don's love for challenge and his affinity for our wonderful area shine bright in everything he does He's not just about business; during his downtime, you'll find him embracing the great outdoors through hiking, climbing, and other exhilarating local activities.
Introducing Ashley, affectionately known as the Director of First Impressions at SWIS! She's the ban leader behind ensuring your SWIS experience is top-notch. Whether it's arranging appointments, coordinating electrical assessments, or handling invoicing inquiries, she's your go-to connection to the right team member. Ashley's positive, can-do personality is a hit with our customers, making each interaction a delight. Off the clock, she's a family-oriented soul, calling Bayfield home with her husband and two children. Writing, reading, and nurturing her backyard farm are the joys that fill her spare moments.
Meet Luvy - An Administrative Wizard at SWIS! Luvy takes the lead in data entry, ensuring every appointment and contract detail is meticulously maintained from the very start. Adding a touch of creativity, Luvy keeps our social media posts sparkling and our online presence vibrant. A go-getter with a penchant for independence, Luvy thrives on challenges and learns quickly.
Off the clock, Luvy is an explorer of hobbies, even trying her hand at hand poke tattoos! And let's not forget her four furry feline friends, who provide companionship and entertainment. Luvy's magic extends from work to leisure, making every endeavor captivating.
Meet Noel, our multitasking maestro in charge of all things administrative! She expertly juggles admin tasks, handles appointments with finesse, and is your friendly voice on the other end of the line.
When she's not ensuring the seamless operation of SWIS, you'll find her off-duty, embracing her role as a homemaker, and diving into outdoor adventures like golfing, mountain biking, and conquering the slopes with snowboarding. A powerhouse at work and a dynamo at home - she makes work-life balance look easy!
Then there’s Bob. What about Bob? He sure did drive Richard Dreyfuss crazy, didn't he? Bob works as hard as ever in his retirement, as he guides the team forward toward greatness and sustainability. Bob is a BAMA grad from way back and lives for football season each fall, especially of late given we’ve been blessed with some great teams. Ask him about his Bear Bryant story, if you haven't heard it you are one of the fortunate to be spared... ask and he'll tell it whether you wanna hear it or not! Roll Tide!
